Crystal Willis, CEO/Founder
I.A.M. Global Network, LLC was founded in 2016 by entertainment business marketing and communications insider Crystal Willis. Ms. Willis’ career has spanned 13 years in marketing, media relations, business administration and distribution in the music, film, and television industries during the pivotal turn of the digital age. Prior to founding IAM Global Network, Crystal lended her talents in-house to major corporations such as CBS Mobile, Universal Music Group Distribution, ESPN, CodeBlack Entertainment, Warner Bros. Records and The Walt Disney Company.
Willis has been instrumental in strategizing and implementing Film, TV, and Music release plans for slated releases by talent such as Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez, Snoop Dogg, Lee Daniels, Ava Duvernay, Cuba Gooding Jr., Bone Thugs N Harmony, Steve Harvey, E-40, Gucci Mane, Ginuwine, Joe Jonas, Queen, Zendaya, Breaking Benjamin, Sabrina Carpenter, and many more.
Willis’ broad yet in-depth knowledge includes corporate business development, executive coaching, mobile and digital marketing, quantitative and qualitative analysis, financial accounting, business affairs, media relations, artist relations and development, business administration, event planning, and professional writing.
Crystal is also a dynamic public speaker and published author. She’s been a featured guest for various Women’s and Humanitarian organizations, interviewed by Marie Claire Magazine, appeared on national television, featured on major online outlets, and featured on billboards.
Willis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Marketing from University of Phoenix, and an Associate of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts from LA Valley College. She also studied Voice and Music Business Management at the presitigous Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA.
Leslie Gay, SVP, Public Relations
Leslie Gay has more than 13 years of stellar entertainment publicity experience with an enviable rolodex of contacts. Ms. Gay has consulted for a variety of entertainment companies including TV One, Bounce TV, Screen Actors Guild Awards (SAG), Pan African Film Festival (PAFF), Tao Social Media, Oueens Entertainment Groups, Central City Productions (CCP) and Classic PR. Some of her most recent projects include managing the Official Gifting Lounge for the 2018 BET Awards, The Stellar Awards 2013-18, Black Music Honors (BHM) 2017-18, press outreach for several events during the 2018 NBA All Star in Los Angeles, The NAACP Image Awards 2016-2018 and the launch of TV One’s Were the Campbell’s reality series, and made for television movies; When Love Kills: The Falicia Blakley Story, Media, and Ringside, to impressive numbers. Gay also worked on launching Bounce TV’s first original program Saints and Sinners that debut to a record breaking premiere, as well as media outreach for Family Time, and Off the Chain.
Prior to working as a consultant, Gay worked as a publicist at The FrontPage Firm where she secured media coverage for celebrity and corporate clients in leading news and entertainment outlets including, Access Hollywood, Entertainment Tonight, Fox’s Good Day LA, Extra, Los Angeles Times, Angeleno Magazine, TV Guide, Essence, Ebony and many more. Gay was also instrumental in the launch of TV One’s LisaRaye: The Real McCoy, which debuted with record ratings, making it the network’s highest-rated original program ever.
Prior to her position with The FrontPage Firm, Gay worked as a publicist at BET (Black Entertainment Television). Some of her responsibilities included assisting with the production and execution of the networks’ specials and awards programs including the notable BET Awards, Hip Hop Awards, Celebration of Gospel, Comedy Awards and BET’s 25th Anniversary Celebration.
She was also part of the award winning team that managed media relations efforts on behalf of BET’s development slate and primetime/original programming, including four of the top-10 rated series in BET programming history such as: American Gangster, Baldwin Hills, Hell Date, Keyshia Cole: The Way It Is and Lil’ Kim: Countdown, and the hit College Hill franchise.
Gay earned a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
